As a product manager at United Healthcare for their web and mobile dashboards, Tiffany was responsible for converting user behavior f rom phone calls and paper to digital platforms. She was responsible for product vision, execution, and performance as well as stakeholder and team management. This includes leading and assisting with: User research, product vision, product design, product road mapping, data gathering and analysis, and ensuring development teams execute cleanly.

Tiffany was the delivery lead for a Global 500 QSR with experience across multiple tracks including product ownership, mobile development, digital transformation, and marketing engagements. Her primary effort was with creating mobile app engagements and implementing features to increase app engagement, expand customer loyalty, and support the launch and adoption of mobile ordering. Her and her team’s efforts contributed to more than $150M in customer spending.
